How Şifa Kazanı Was Born

Şifa Kazanı was founded in Osmangazi, Bursa, to carry forward the knowledge of bone broth and offal production passed down through generations. Every jar is prepared by simmering carefully selected bones and offal for hours in traditional copper cauldrons.

Unlike fast production methods, our goal is to preserve the value of patience and tradition while bringing natural, additive-free products to the table.
